Song Birds

Happy Wednesday once more dear Magnolia Fans.

Welcome home, welcome....Come on in, and close the door..........

That was a hint as to what our theme is for the next fortnight - the title is Song Birds.   We want you to choose a song as your inspiration and build your project around that.  We are going to be a bit tough on you this week though and stipulate that we don't want any "Happy Birthday to you"s or Christmas Carols - they have to be 'proper' popular songs!  ;o)

The fab Design Team here at Midweek Magnolias have been creating samples in the hope of inspiring you but we are always on the lookout for inspiration from you as well.  So lets see all your amazing Magnolia projects.

Don't forget to follow our very simple roolz if you want to be in with a chance of picking up that fabulous mystery prize from Magnolia Sweden.  You MUST use a Magnolia image, and you may only share your project with up to other challenge spots .  However, we are more than happy for you to showcase your projects here if you just want to maximise your coverage, providing you stick to our theme, that is.  Don't forget also to link directly to your project rather than your entire blog to help us when we visit you.

Here are the team's gorgeous projects:

(Umbrella - Rihanna)

I Put a Spell on You
Performed by Bette Midler in the movie Hocus Pocus

(London Girl) Chas and Dave 1983

Whole Lotta Love by Led Zeppelin

song: 'A Windmill in Old Amsterdam'

Song - (Everything I Do) I Do It For You by Bryan Adams
(Theme from the film Robin Hood Prince of Thieves)

Sit Down by James.

99 Luftballons von Nena / 99 red balloons by Nena

Candle in the wind (Elton John)

Summertime by George Gershwin

Butterfly by Mariah Carey

Baby (Justin Beiber)

And now with a song in your head, it's over to you.  We can't wait to see your gorgeous projects.

Love from the Midweek Magnolias xxx
